With over 30 years of commercial, strategy and general management experience gained in Australia and internationally, Peter has held executive leadership roles in large multinational, private equity owned and ASX listed companies. Peter’s corporate roles have included Managing Director Sales for the Fosters Group, Managing Director of Lion Confectionery UK, General Manager Australia for Independent Distillers and both Commercial Strategy Director Africa and Middle East and Sales Strategy Director EMEA for Cadbury. Peter also holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University. As an ex C suite incumbent, Peter has worked extensively and credibly with senior executives in support of successful career transitions.

Dr Jennifer Arnold-Levy

With over 20 years’ experience in human communication and performance, Jennifer has experience across health, education and business. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Applied Science, Speech and Language from La Trobe University and a PhD in Psychology and Linguistics from Monash University. Jennifer is an accredited Executive Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She applies contemporary research in social neuroscience, linguistics, positive psychology and mindfulness-based stress and energy management to support and further develop individuals through coaching sessions.
