We work closely with internal stakeholders to understand your career development and employability strategies and to design innovative and industry connected solutions to complement existing programs.

Career Guidance Assessment and Debriefing

Our Counsellors will provide personalised interpretation of a Career Guidance Assessment, including MyCareerMatch, Morrisby or Strong Interest Inventory, making targeted recommendations on career options

Career Development and Employability Workshops

Utilising our extensive library of Career Development and Employability content, we offer over 100 workshops, which can be tailored to meet the unique needs of your cohort.

Curated Career Events

To engage your students in active career development, we can design and deliver dynamic events including Careers Fairs, Industry Showcases, Skill Development Intensives and Employability Immersions, providing scale access for large and diverse student populations.

Job Search Preparation

Our rigorous approach to job search preparation, ensures that students are well prepared to navigate any recruitment process with confidence and the ability to succeed.

Vocationally Specific Career Coaching

Based on your areas of career interest, our Counsellors can provide advice on the requirements of specific vocations, your suitability for that option and direction on how to successfully prepare for employment in your chosen field.

Innovative Work Integrated Learning Models

To build the practical experience of your students we can design innovative work based experience models, that build industry connection and increase employability.

Targeted Industry Engagement

With an expansive base of employer connections, we can engage industry to support your employability efforts, work based learning programs, on campus events and to provide student employment options.

Targeted Support to Special Needs and International Students

We have a range of specialist Career Counsellors, experienced in providing career development support to specific cohorts, aligned to individual challenges and unique requirements.
