Shannon has over 20 years’ experience in Talent Management across Professional Services, Banking, Insurance, Airlines, Automotive, Education and the IT sector with a focus on increasing human performance and potential. She holds a degree in Business with Majors in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, is an internationally accredited Executive Coach, has studied Positive Psychology with The University of Pennsylvania and is currently undertaking a Master’s in Business Leadership. Shannon has held Executive Leadership roles in a variety of blue-chip companies including National Australia Bank, SEEK, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, and has experience working across Australia, Japan, China and Singapore.
Shannon has been involved in the recruitment, development and retention of graduates her whole career. Specific achievements include leading PwC’s Recruitment team – including responsibility for Australia’s largest student recruitment program and hiring over 1,500 per annum. Shannon was also responsible for the design and implementation of the National Australia Bank Trainee Program, which hired 200+ students in to customer facing Business Banking Centres Australia wide.
