A qualified Career Counsellor, Katea has over 25 years of human resource, career management experience from diverse industries, including FMCG, retail, financial services and property, Katea worked as a Chief Human Resources Officer for two top 25 ASX listed companies, CUB and CFSGAM (now Vicinity) leading the people agenda. A recipient of a Dean’s List honour for her MBA at Monash University, Katea has a Diploma in Training & Development from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from RMIT. With extensive career counselling and coaching experience, Katea’s specific expertise is guidance on post-study career options and the successful transition from education to employment. She has extensive experience working with students including secondary school, TAFE and both undergraduate and postgraduate higher education students.

Jane has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her career has seen her work across Australia, the US and Asia Pacific with companies such as SEEK, Citibank, the AFL and American Express. She has a Bachelor of Business and Communications and Literature from Monash University and a Master of Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University. Jane is an expert in recruitment and development and is able to provide students and individuals with real and current insights into navigating the recruitment process across a broad range of industries.
