Our VET employability workshops and programs focus on building clarity, capability and confidence in students, to navigate the challenging transition from study to work.
For TAFE students, we offer either co-curricular or accredited employability learning models. The central focus of our VET programs is job readiness and job search preparation. Typically, we work with Student Support teams or faculty to design a target solution.
Our VET offer includes:
Co-Curricular Employability Workshops
Outsourced WIL Management
Accredited Employability Units
Outsourced Careers Managed Services
We have a range of Employability workshop content that can be tailored to a specific brief and delivered in 90 minute, two hour, three hour, half day or full day blocks. Our workshop series is also highly suitable for delivery in a short course format.
Our Instructional Designers can develop Employability content, that meets VET accreditation requirements. We can deliver a lecture program each week of semester or in block mode. We also offer both classroom based, online or blended delivery.
Our unique Job Search Bootcamp workshop is ideal for VET students preparing for either part time employment to complement their study, or importantly for the transition from study to work. Delivered by experienced recruiters and HR practitioners, this experiential program assists students to succeed in the competitive job search process.
For institutions seeking a comprehensive approach to Employability skill development and Career Preparation, we design and deliver tailored end to end Career Readiness programs, offered in both co-curricular and accredited models. Supporting students from orientation to graduation, and generally incorporating both extensive industry engagement and work experience, these multi-faceted programs provide both the student and the institution with an employability edge.
While all our programs are cohort nuanced, we have a series of workshops that are targeted specifically at international students. These programs incorporate information on returning to home employment markets, navigation of Australian employment and access to high quality industry based learning experiences.
